Stefanie believes a women's development is not only about physical fitness, but includes her mental and spiritual growth. She incorporates mental strength into her fitness training where she shows women they can push past limits, and also provides out-of-gym opportunities for women to explore topics such as trauma, self worth, and self love through podcast content, women's retreats, online coaching and more.
Group
Coaching.
Our 6 Week Programs take 1-on-1 Life Coaching and put it into a virtual group experience so you can work on yourself alongside a community of other like-minded women. In these calls, you will be doing a lot of self-reflection, intention setting & introspection through guided journaling and various exercises along with open discussion with the rest of the group.
